The Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce held its 35th annual Independence Day Parade on Saturday.

Kinder Farm Park 4H club members and animals round the corner of Riggs Avenue and Baltimore & Annapolis Boulevard behind one of three tractors with more animals on board, as a part of the Fourth of July parade. The critters were also part of a Kinder Park Petting Zoo at the festival held at Cypress Creek Park after the parade.
Severna Park holds it's annual fourth of July Parade.
The weather was beautiful and the parade and festival that followed at Cypress Creek Park were well attended. On behalf of the Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce, I would like to thank the Greater Severna Park community for its continued support!
One of my favorite parts of parade day is driving the parade route very early in the morning. I love to see the flags coming out, the lawn chairs and blankets lining the sides of the streets and people working on floats that would soon line up at St. Martin's-in-the-Field...
