Around the Park: Severna Park High turns 50Published 10/08/09
Despite the fact that Severna Park High School with an enrollment of 1,922 students, is in need of major renovations, turning 50 is still well worth celebrating. With that in mind, a special tailgate during this year's homecoming on Oct. 23 is planned. According to an e-mail sent out to SPHS parents by Principal Patrick Bathras, prior to the start of the homecoming football game, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., SPHS will be hosting a homecoming tailgate behind the concession area and field house.
