For 26 years, a miraculous vision appeared just before Christmas in front of the Severna Park Baptist Church - the striking "Live Nativity" enacted annually by the church's youth. The scene impressed and inspired parishioners as well as those driving by in the evening. The colorful vignette became a tradition, one that the young actors enjoyed as much as the public.
However, the tradition came to a halt four years ago. Those who staged the event ran out of steam and the live Nativities were discontinued. But they were sorely missed. Fortunately, the congregation is bringing them back. The church will again present its...
