The whir of engines, blast of horns, sirens blaring - and Santa Claus. It's time for the Earleigh Heights Fire Station's 2009 Santa Run through communities in Severna Park. Volunteer firefighters lead the procession of trucks and emergency vehicles, while Santa is towed on a trailer and tosses candy canes to waiting families.
Below is Santa's itinerary starting Saturday. The Earleigh Heights station will also be collecting toys and canned goods. (See below for details.)
