Around West County: Cub scouts show off design skillsPublished 01/30/08
Hot rods, muscle cars and more — and not all of those were in the parking lot. The unique and handcrafted cars were found at Odenton Elementary School's gymnasium on a recent Saturday.

These racers aren't even old enough for a learner's permit but that didn't deter their racing spirit. This could only mean one thing — it was Pinewood Derby time.
