The theme this year was "American ABCs" and the room was decorated for the occasion. Each of the nine tables had a different centerpiece, which contained the state flower, state bird, state butterfly, state flag and the national flag. The different centerpieces were for Maryland, Texas, New York, California, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Florida and Louisiana.
