Developers of a condominium-and-hotel project across the street from the Odenton MARC train station said they have to scale back their grand plans for the site. The nearly two-acre Town Centre Commons - which originally called for 144 rental-condo units and a 60,000-square-foot, eight-story hotel - was supposed to be one of the first projects to be built in the long-planned Odenton Town Center on Route 175. Based on the articles supposed facts, I am not sure the reporter was at this meeting. So I need to correct a few items.The roaring 2005 comment was NOT Stuart Title. Original hotel design was 6 stories not 8 as reported and still 6 stories not 5 as reported!Only ONE executive from AJ Properties was at this meeting. There will be 104 units not 112 as reported. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to report FACTS!
