Its already becoming another Ritchi - 2009-10-15 08:42:00
Mr.Baldwin who wants another Ritchie Hwy as congested as that is and you know it will be? Rt3 in Gambrills doesnt need another large scale commercial development. The Wawa and Lube center was just built and is causing more congestion and accidents at that intersection. On northbound RT3 across from Waugh Chapel center there is suppose to be a commercial development and I cant imagine the congestion and accidents that will happen at the location.I know Reliable contracting is into land developing but every square foot of dirt doesnt need to be develop.I hope the county see the light and not the dollar signs.
