We've all seen them - the dynamic duo flowing smoothly across the dance floor in perfect sync - the Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers of the new millennium. They gracefully they glide along, never missing a beat as their taut bodies move as one. How many of us have fantasized seeing ourselves in their magical shoes?

Well, here's a reality check - fantasize no more. You too can learn to dance like a pro - or do it for fun or fitness. Dancing is quite aerobic, as well as romantic.
