The Annapolis Symphony Orchestra closed its 2006-2007 concert season on Saturday with a colorful and diverse assortment of musical works presented under the program title "Orchestral Brilliance."
And what brilliance there was! From the alluring Latin rhythms of Silvestre Revueltas' "Sensemaya" to the breezy and sophisticated humor of Paul Hindemith's "Symphonic Metamorphosis," the evening featured one brilliant and well-executed performance after another!
