T he recent announcement of a new performing arts center at Park Place is symbolic of a town that has grown into a city and is beginning to embrace the possibilities of becoming a world class arts and cultural center.
And, why not? If we donβt invite the finest professional artists to thrive here in the state capital, Annapolitans will be relegated to the sidelines while new-state-of-the art facilities continue to pop up to the benefit of nearby cities such as North Bethesda and Silver...
