The bay area will be rockin', rollin', jivin' and grooving to a lush bouquet of outdoor concerts this summer.

The Joe Byrd Trio, Dick Glass, left, Joe Byrd and Kevin Wisman, will kick off the Summertime Maritime Concert series at the Annapolis Maritime Museum and City Dock.
There's an incredible array of musical talent to please every palate - from the gentle sounds of small Caribbean steel bands to the full symphonic extravaganza that flows from the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.
If you want Indi rock, alternative rock or R&B you'll find plenty of bands to listen and dance to. Swing? Country? Soul? Sea chanties? No problem. Hip-hop? Hop on over. Jazz, folk and bluegrass bands will have you tapping your toes to the rhythm.
