Music Box: Joseph Arthur's music is diverse and satisfying

So many great shows this week. I'll do my best to get you up to speed.

Joseph Arthur can be deemed a multidimensional warrior after releasing four EPs (short for "extended play" - four or five song CDs) last year and a new full length CD this year.

He's also an accomplished painter, which may explain the need to release so much music over a short period of time. Mr. Arthur has his own record label, called Lonely Planet Records. And he makes really good music, diverse in tempo and intensity, always richly satisfying.
