Tomorrow night at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis, jazzy pop singer Michael Franks performs hits such as "Popsicle Toes" and "The Art of Love."

Basically a folk singer of the James Taylor ilk, Michael Franks has recorded well-received album projects with some top-tier jazz players, including bassist Ron Carter, the Crusaders and the Yellowjackets. Michael Franks plays two shows at the Rams Head On Stage at 7 and 10 p.m.

Meshell covered Bill Withers "Who Is He (And What Is He To You)" on her 1996 release "Peace Beyond Passion." There is no song by Meshell or Bill Withers on the 1996 movie soundtrack for "Jerry Maguire." Neither Ndegeocello or Withers are mentioned in the credits for the soundtrack either.
