In our family, the code phrase for taking a flight on a small commuter airline is that you're going on (with thanks to Bob Newhart who mentioned it in one of his comedy routines) Mrs. Ferguson's Airline and Storm Door Co. Find Us On Facebook
We learned about the effectiveness of that type of literary tool (ironic juxtaposition) in high school English class, usually with the line "Bibles and billet-doux" from Alexander Pope's "Rape of the Lock" as the example of putting two extremely unlikely things together in close proximity.

Regarding the Mayo Thai review, I don't remember that Ferguson was married, but a flashback tells me she was "Grace L. Ferguson." You got the rest of it right.
