New leader for conservation groupANNAPOLIS - The Coastal Conservation Association-Maryland recently named Tony Friedrich as executive director. Friedrich, 37, is an Annapolis resident who aims to increase the group's membership, which is comprised of mainly recreational fishermen and focuses on conservation issues. He also said he wants to expand the rights of recreational anglers.
