He was joined by fellow politicians, an activist and...

OOoooo, another "Trading" Scheme - 2009-10-21 14:40:37
I wonder which politico or ex-politico will make all the money if this thing goes through? So a city, county, whatever can still have huge outfalls of raw sewage from their overtaxed waste water treatment facilities and it will be fine as long as some farmer in Snow Hill plants soy beans. Yeah, great plan until the outfall is in your creek!

won't stand on it's own, so we have to pork-barrel it? Isn't that the problem with Congress already? How is this really different than anything done before?

Cardin is not to be trusted either. He sure can talk the talk. But, he has a habit of not following through and disappearing.

Save the Bay - 2009-10-20 12:29:14
Capital, I thought this was a great article until you quoted Fred Kelly. OMG, I can not believe someone who has received variances to build within the expanded buffer will represent the bay as a river keeper or liason for the Bay. I have a hard time figuring just who he represents, or is this just more kettle black. I can live on the water but you can't??
