ANNAPOLIS AREA Three charged in fight Police arrested three men seen fighting outside the Stanton Community Center early Thanksgiving morning. Merino Armondo Morales, 24, of Fairfax Drive was charged with second-degree assault after officers broke up the fight at around 1:40 a.m. Two other men, Omar Reyes Flores, 22, of 35 Carver St. and David Serrano Luengas, 22, of 235 Farragut Court were charged with disorderly conduct.
