Shooting suspect sought
Police are searching for a 20-year-old suspected of shooting a Clay Street resident five times on Monday.
Justin Willard, who's known to live at several addresses in Annapolis and Baltimore, is wanted on charges of attempted murder from the 11:30 p.m. shooting of Karl Cully at the back corner of College Creek Terrace during an apparent robbery.
Mr. Cully, 21, is at the Shock Trauma Center at University Hospital in Baltimore. Police said he's expected to survive.
