ANNAPOLIS AREA Cocaine recovered City police recovered about $1,000 worth of crack cocaine in Parole Wednesday. During a regular patrol, police saw three men sitting in front of a home on Bowman Drive. The men started running when they saw the officer. The officer inspected the area and found a plastic baggie containing 10.5 grams of crack stashed in a flower pot, police said. The substance was worth about $1,050, police said.
