ANNAPOLIS AREA Boat death A 42-year-old man went into cardiac arrest and died Wednesday on a boat at the Severn Sailing School, city Fire Department officials said. The unidentified man was on a sailboat called Santa's Reindeer when he began to feel ill at about 7:15 p.m., fire department Capt. Joseph Martin said. Another member of the group was an anesthesiologist who tried to revive the man with CPR. Firefighters arrived and took him to Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
