ANNAPOLIS AREA Finger damaged City police are investigating a fight yesterday that left a Parole man with a partially amputated finger. Jeffery Somerville, 23, was fighting an acquaintance in the hallway of his Newtowne Drive apartment shortly after midnight. During the fight, the unidentified other man slammed an apartment door on Mr. Somerville's right hand. Mr. Somerville had been transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he was released this morning. No charges have been filed, but an investigation is continuing.
