ANNAPOLIS AREA Tree accident Four people are recovering from injuries suffered Friday night when a tree limb fell and struck them while they were at a Bible school barbecue at Mt. Olive AME Church. The four -- Wanda Lynn Downs, 47; Ravyn Alexis Hicks, 8; Jessiah Galloway, 6; and Jerald Alexander Simms Jr., 6; -- were sitting in chairs near the tree shortly before 7 p.m. when the limb fell and struck them, city police said.
