ANNAPOLIS AREA Robbery Two men robbed an Annapolis man yesterday and later stole his car, city police said. Jose Aleman-Alarcon was walking along Cathedral Street when two men approached him at 2 a.m. The men hit him several times and removed his wallet, cell phone and keys to his brother-in-law's car and ran away, police said. Sometime before 4 a.m., the men went to his home on Captain Circle and took the 1997 Nissan Sentra, apparently with the keys they stole earlier.
