ANNAPOLIS AREA Man shot in leg City police are investigating the shooting of a Glen Burnie man Monday in Eastport, the fourth shooting in Annapolis this month. Alfred Parker, 38, was shot in the leg shortly after 11 a.m. while in the 1100 block of Madison Street. He was flown to the Shock Trauma Center at University Hospital in Baltimore with non life-threatening injuries. City police were still interviewing witnesses this morning.
