Drug bust
A Florida man was arrested near the Bay Bridge Wednesday after Maryland Transportation Authority Police found 28 pounds of marijuana in his tractor-trailer.
Vladimir Oliva, 39, was driving on eastbound Route 50 when he pulled over at the weigh station shortly before 7 p.m., MdTA Police said. Officers inspected the interior of his truck and found 28.6 pounds of marijuana in large plastic bags.
