ANNAPOLIS AREA Suspect sought A suspect in a Prince George's County murder case was spotted in Annapolis Tuesday afternoon, but police were unable to apprehend him. James Esau Davis, 16, of 1916 Copeland Street, ran into a wooded area near his house around 1:30 p.m. after being approached by a city police officer. A city police spokesman said officers located Mr. Davis' car - an older, light-in-color Cadillac - in the area and then saw Mr. Davis on the street.
