Two charged in arson
A man and boy were charged with arson Tuesday afternoon in connection with a vacant house fire in Lothian, county Fire Department officials said.
Andrew Morgan, 19, of Patuxent Mobile Estates in Lothian and a 14-year-old boy from Annapolis, were arrested shortly after the blaze at 5424 Sands Road was extinguished. Mr. Morgan was being held this morning at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $750,000 bond.
