Car-jacking

A 31-year-old woman was charged with carjacking two women outside a gas station in Lothian, county police said.

April Lynn Dice, of no fixed address, and a 16-year-old girl from Owings Mill were picked up last night just before midnight in a stolen silver 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. The 16-year-old was charged with theft under $500 and released to her mother.

Police said Ms. Dice and the girl were at a Dash-In on Route 260 in Calvert County when they met Samantha Lynn Button, of Chesapeake, and Erica Dalton, of Huntingtown. They asked to get into Ms. Button's Galant to warm up, and once inside,...
