South County Car-jacking A 31-year-old woman was charged with carjacking two women outside a gas station in Lothian, county police said. April Lynn Dice, of no fixed address, and a 16-year-old girl from Owings Mill were picked up last night just before midnight in a stolen silver 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. The 16-year-old was charged with theft under $500 and released to her mother. Police said Ms. Dice and the girl were at a Dash-In on Route 260 in Calvert County when they met Samantha Lynn Button, of Chesapeake, and Erica Dalton, of Huntingtown.
