Boat crash
A man and a woman were thrown from their respective boats last night after the two Sea Rays hit each other on the Magothy River, Natural Resources Police and county fire officials said.
The woman, who police couldn't identify this morning, was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center with possible neck and back injuries.
Richard M. Brown, 42, of Annapolis, was charged with operating under the influence, operating while intoxicated and negligent operation of a boat.
Sgt. Ken Turner, DNR police spokesman, said Mr. Brown was piloting a 23-foot Sea Ray out of Grays Creek about 10 a.m....
