Mr. Brewer was born Dec. 6, 1941, in Annapolis and attended Anne Arundel County public schools. He worked for 20 years as the maintenance supervisor for the county Housing Commission.
He was a member of the Hardway Men's Social Club. His interests were watching sports events, walking and caring for pets.
His wife, Alma Lee Brewer, died in 2001.
