Eugene Deems
Retired Navy Cmdr. Eugene F. Deems, 86, a resident of Stevensville in Queen Anne's County since 1966, died Dec. 14 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Born Sept. 22, 1920, in Chicago, Mr. Deems was one of four children born to Victoria and Mieczyslaw Dmuchowski. He graduated from the Naval Academy in 1945 with a degree in electrical engineering.
