Wolf bite

A wolf dog bit an 8-year-old boy Sunday morning.

An Annapolis family had just picked-up the German Shepherd and wolf mix the night before from BWI Thurgood Marshall airport, Police said. The next morning the dog lunged at the boy, scratching the right side of his neck and biting the left side of his face, police said.

The marks on the boy were minor, police said, and did not break the skin. The boy's mother said she would contact animal control on Monday morning to find a new home for the dog, police said.
