Joseph W. "Joe" Cloutier, 95, of Annapolis and previously of Lothian, died of natural causes Jan. 15 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Mr. Cloutier was born March 28, 1911, in Providence, R.I., and graduated from Worcester, Mass., Boys Trade High School. He was employed as a linotype operator at The Worcester Telegram and The Evening Gazette newspapers for 22 years. When linotype was discontinued, he worked as a proofreader at the Government Printing Office in Washington, D.C., retiring after 27 years.
