A Stevensville man, apparently too drunk to drive, headed over to Annapolis for a party early Saturday morning with two strangers, one of whom he allowed to drive his Ford pickup. Shane Reeder, 26, of 6510 Kent Point Road, told police once the group arrived in Annapolis around 4 a.m., they could not find the hotel where a party was supposed to be underway.
