Margaret Bivins Margaret Julia Thomas Bivins, 99, of Lothian, died of pneumonia and congestive heart failure June 27 at Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown after a brief illness. Born Aug. 29, 1907, in Lothian, the daughter of the late Mary Martha Brown Thomas and John Henry Thomas, Mrs. Bivins attended Armstrong High School and Minor Teachers College, both in Washington, D.C., and the Cortez Peters School of Business in Baltimore.
