Annapolis Area Assault at Pusser's Two men were arrested Saturday for assaulting two other men at Pusser's Restaurant downtown, city police said. The 21-year-old victims told police that as they were leaving the restaurant just before 2 a.m., two men assaulted them. One victim was punched on the mouth and the other was hit over the head with a beer bottle, police said. The alleged assailants were found nearby. Micah P.
