Anthon Allred Sr.
Retired Army Lt. Col. Anthon Venioy "Toney" Allred Sr., 84, a seven-year resident of Annapolis and formerly of Severna Park for 37 years, died of complications from Parkinson's disease June 26 at Heritage Harbour Health and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
Lt. Col. Allred was born April 9, 1924, in Orangeville, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah and studied at Towson State University and the Chicago Institute of Fine Arts.
