Annapolis Area Burglary arrest A man and a teen were arrested Thursday after allegedly breaking into an apartment on Captains Circle, city police said. Police were called to the area at about 4 p.m. for the report of a burglary in progress. When they arrived, the victim told police she saw two men enter her home through a window and that they were still inside. Officers found one man and a 17-year-old inside the home.
