Constance Bailey Constance "Connie" Bailey, 68, a resident of Pinehurst, N.C., and formerly of Easton and Severna Park, died of a staph infection July 30 at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Born in Baltimore on Sept. 16, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth and Carville Duncan. She graduated in 1957 from Glen Burnie High School and studied business administration at the University of Houston. She worked for 26 years in the Anne Arundel County Legal system.
