Tuesday's obituaries recognize: David Blair, Harold Jennifer Jr., George Rinard Sr. and Diana Ward David Blair David Parker Blair, 46, a resident of Annapolis, died Aug. 5. Mr. Blair was born Feb. 19, 1962, in Washington, D.C., to Brenda Xander of York, Pa., and the late William Benjamin Blair. He loved the beach, the water, boats, fast cars and his three dogs.
