ANNAPOLIS AREAJuvenile arrests Two girls were cited for disrupting school activities after they were involved in a fight at Bates Middle School Monday, city police said. Police were called to the school at 701 Chase St. at 1:20 p.m. for the report of a fight between two students. When officers arrived, school officials told them that two girls had gotten into a fistfight in the hallway and attracted a crowd of about 100 students. The crowd made it difficult for administrators to break up the fight, police said. The girls, 12 and 13, were cited as juveniles with disrupting school...
