ANNAPOLIS AREAStrong-arm robbery Two 19-year-old city men were arrested early Thursday in connection with a report of a robbery of a man walking on Admiral Drive, city police said. The victim told police he was walking along the road at about 1:30 a.m. when two men approached him and assaulted him. They took his cash, lighter and keys, police said. Officers canvassed the area and found the victim's keys and lighter on Captains Circle. Two men were nearby and matched the victim's description of the robbers, police said. Lawrence E.
