ANNAPOLIS AREACars damaged County police arrested three Annapolis men suspected of damaging three vehicles with a baseball bat in the Annapolis area and Riva early yesterday morning. At just before 2 a.m., police were called to the 1900 block of Scotts Crossing Way in Annapolis. A witness told officers two men smashed the windows of a 2009 Dodge Challenger, then drove away in a black Toyota.
