Fatal accident
A 20-year-old Baltimore man died early yesterday morning after he was ejected from his 1996 Chevrolet Blazer on Interstate 97 in Glen Burnie, state police said.
Joseph Victor Fultonberger III, the only occupant, was driving his car at a high rate of speed on a ramp from westbound Route 100 to northbound I-97 when he lost control, police said.
Fultonberger was ejected from the car, which overturned numerous times, state police said.
