After hearing more than 10 hours of testimony about the woman's emotional mind-set Monday and yesterday, Circuit Court Judge Thomas G. Ross said he would need about two weeks to decide if Victoria Sparrow, 43, of Stevensville, was criminally responsible for the Dec. 18 death of her child, Laci.
If found responsible, Sparrow will be convicted of first-degree murder and face up to life in prison.
