Fraud, drug bust
City police arrested a Glen Burnie man last week on fraud and drug charges after he allegedly tried to make a withdrawal from a flagged account at an Annapolis bank, police said.
Police were called to the Sandy Spring National Bank at 1013 Bay Ridge Ave. at 11:47 a.m. July 21 after a bank manager noticed a man trying to make a withdrawal on an account that had been flagged for numerous suspicious withdrawals in multiple locations.
When police confronted the man, he claimed not to have identification on him. He then reached for something in his front pants...
