West countyRobbery arrest Two men were arrested last night after police said they and another man robbed an Odenton resident outside his home. Officers were called to the 500 block of Rita Drive at 7:20 p.m. for the reported robbery. The 21-year-old man told police he was standing outside his home when he was approached by three men. One of the men grabbed a gold necklace on the victim's neck and ripped it off of him, police said.
