Overdose arrest
The Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Department has arrested a woman in the apparent drug overdose death of man found in the driveway of a Queenstown church Saturday morning.
Jessica L. Cuddy, 30, of Harford County was arrested on manslaughter and other charges Wednesday after she surrendered to police.
She told police she was partying with William Sutton IV at a house her family owns in the Recovery community along Grove Creek west of Centreville when he overdosed on heroin she provided him, police said.
