8 arrested in Queen Anne's drug busts

Queen Anne's County authorities have arrested eight people during two different drug investigations this month, officials said this week.

On Sept. 10 the county Drug Task Force, along with supporting police agencies, served two search warrants at Jetty Bar and Restaurant in Grasonville. Police said that, before they executed the search warrant, they saw a hand-to-hand drug transaction and saw three people consume drugs on the premises, officials said.

Police took the people into custody and then arrested the two who were the targets of the search warrants.
